1. Quotations are valid for TEN days only, unless otherwise stated.
2. Chasing, trenching, backfilling, making good, electrical work, painting or the removal of rubble is NOT included
unless stated in writing on the quotation.
3. Should GAS EXPERTS cc be required to dig trenching and/or chase or drill walls GAS EXPERTS cc will not be
liable for any damage caused unless concealed services (electric, water, sewers etc.) is clearly marked and
pointed out prior to commencement by GAS EXPERTS cc.
4. In the event of the purchaser preventing GAS EXPERTS cc from completing the quoted installation for any
reason within 90 days from commencement of the installation, 90% of the full contract price falls due on the 91st
day.
5. Not withstanding delivery and/or installation of goods, the ownership of the goods will not pass to the purchaser
until all Monies due have been paid and received by GAS EXPERTS cc.
6. Installation quotations are based on normal working hours, Monday to Friday. Where installations are
requested for after normal working hours, a labour surcharge of 50% will be charged for after hours and
Saturday work. A labour charge of 100% will be charged for Sunday work.
7. All work, material, controls and appliances supplied by GAS EXPERTS cc are guaranteed for a minimum of
ONE YEAR (3, 5 and 10 year guarantees are optional and available on most installations and/or appliances).
8. Any tampering with, or adjustment to any equipment, appliances or installations will immediately invalidate all
guarantees.

Payment. All goods, installations and appliances are strictly on a COD and remains the property of GASEXPERTS cc until such times as they are fully paid for. Full payment required for any product ordered (ie hobs,
geysers etc.) on placement of order and 30% deposit on installation price quoted.

PLEASE NOTE. There is a possibility that your new appliance and/or installation are not operational whenpayment is made. This will only be due to various reasons beyond the control of GAS EXPERTS cc. (Eg: no
gas, no meter etc). As all care is taken during installation, we can not be held responsible for any unforeseen
damages caused (i.e. plumbing in wall, plaster damage etc.) except for gross negligence.
